江苏国家高新区高技术产业多级模糊综合评价

摘　　要：国家高新技术产业区是促进高技术产业发展的重要基地。运用竞争优势理论修正"基础企业市场"产业竞争力模型,根据因子分析法及主客观赋值法对2008—2010年江苏8个国家级高新区高技术产业的发展水平进行多级模糊综合评价。结果表明:江苏国家高新区高技术产业发展主要受到产业综合竞争力、人力资源竞争力、经济环境竞争力三大因子的影响。National High-tech Zones are key bases to facilitate the development of high-tech industries.The present paper is intended to employ the competitive advantage theory to amend the GEM model of industrial competitiveness,and conduct a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as to the development levels of the high-tech industries in 8 high-tech development zones of Jiangsu between 2008 and 2010 according to the method of factors analysis and the theory of subjective and objective weighting.The results show that the development of the high-tech industries in Jiangsu High-tech Development Zones are chiefly influenced by the comprehensive industrial competitiveness,human resources competitiveness and economic environment competitiveness.
