萘丁美酮片溶出度试验方法的建立

摘　　要：目的:建立萘丁美酮片的溶出度测定方法。方法:采用桨法,以2%的十二烷基硫酸钠为溶出介质,转速50r/min,溶出45 min,采用紫外分光光度法,在262 nm的波长处进行测定。结果:萘丁美酮在9.0～45.2μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,A=2.17×10-2 C+1.62×10-2(r=0.999 6,n=6);平均回收率为100.0%;样品溶出度均一性良好。结论:本法快速简便,可作为萘丁美酮片的质量控制方法。Objective：To establish the method of dissolution test of nabumetone tablets.Methods：The paddle method was used with 2% sodium laurylsulfate as dissolution medium at a rotate speed of 50 r/ min,dissolution time was 45 minutes.Then it is deter mined by UV spectrophotometic method with detection wavelength of 262 nm.Results：The linear range of nabumetone was 9.0~45.2 μg/ml,A=2.17×10-2 C＋1.62×10-2（r=0.999 6,n=6）;The average recovery was 100.0%.Conclusion：This method is rapid and convenient.It can be applied to deter mine dissolution of nabumetone tablets.
