摘　　要：气管导管套囊在呼吸道管理中发挥了重要的作用,随着对气管导管套囊相关并发症认识的深入,以及对气管导管套囊辅助用途的开发,临床上在气管导管套囊的合理使用和对气管导管套囊内压力管理方面有了新的认识。许多新的技术和方法也逐步应用于气管导管套囊的管理,对减少气管导管套囊相关并发症和推广气管导管套囊的新用途起到了积极的作用。Endotracheal tube cuff plays an important role in airway management.With the deeper cognition of the complications and the development of auxiliary application of endotracheal tube cuff,there are new understanding of the application and the pressure management of endotracheal tube cuff in clinical.A large number of new technologies and methods have been used in the management of endotracheal tube cuff step by step,which plays a positive role in decreasing the related complications and extending new applications of endotracheal tube cuff.
