摘　　要：随着网络通信技术和计算机技术的发展,建设综合性信息管理系统成为成人高等教育技术工作者的重要课题。只有充分利用新的技术手段,才能使成人高等教育焕发新的青春,不断培养出能满足社会建设所需各类合格人才。文章详细讨论了系统总体构建、功能模块分析以及设计流程,并分析了在开发设计过程中的常见问题及其对策分析。With the development of network communication technology and computer technology, how to build a comprehensive IMS for adult higher education has become the important topic for technology workers. Only by making full use of new technologies, we could make the adult higher education develop all types of qualified personnel to meet the social development . This article discussed the IMS overall construction, laborated the functional module and the design process, and analyzed the common problems in the design process and its answers.
