摘  要:目的:研制一种血液管理智能门系统,实现实时监控和快速批量出入库的目的。方法:应用超高频RFID技术,研制包括读取器、启动装置、信息处理模块、信息显示模块和语音播报模块组成的智能门系统,比较扫描枪、手持机和智能门三者血液出入库的速度、准确性和完整性。结果:50袋血液平均入库时间:扫描枪225 s,手持机65 s,智能门59 s(P<0.01);平均出库时间:手持机15 s,智能门6 s(P<0.01)。与智能门比较,虽然扫描枪和手持机的出入库数量和数据准确,但内容不完整,缺少入库人、血液所在冰箱位置的信息。结论:智能门扫描出入库的速度最快,出库数量和数据准确,内容完整,提高了血液库存管理的效率和安全性。Objective To develop a kind of intelligent door system for blood management to realize real-time monitoring and quick bank-in bank-out of massive blood.Methods UHF RFID technology was used to develop the intelligent door system composed of the reader,starter,information processing module,information display module and voice broadcast module.The speeds,accuracies and integrity of bank-in bank-out of the blood by the scanning spear,handset and the door system were compared.Results The average bank-in time for 50 bags of blood by the scanning spear,handset and intelligent door was 225s,65s and 59s respectively,and the average bank-out time by the handset and intelligent door was 15s and 6s respectively,with P less than 0.01.When compared with the intelligent door,the scanning spear and handset lacked the information on the personnel and refrigerator despite the correct number of bank-in bank-out blood.Conclusion The UHF RFID technology-based intelligent door system for blood management can enhance the efficiency and safety of the blood inventory management for its high speed and accurate information.
