摘　　要：目的:研发集文字病历数据库、创伤评分、医学图像采集与处理、智能化搜索、统计指标分析、随访管理等功能为一体的颅脑创伤信息平台。方法:采用VC++6.0、Powerbuilder 12.0编程语言、Sybase Sql anywhere 8.0数据库、Leadtools开发包在Windows 2003操作系统中编程实现。结果:成功地开发完成了系统,在国内多家三甲级医院取得了良好的应用效果。结论:系统紧密结合临床需求开发,具有很强的实用价值,实现了颅脑创伤病例的收集、随访、评分、检索、统计分析等功能,惠及医疗、教学和科研工作。Objective To develop a brain trauma information system composed of the parts for text record database,trauma scoring,medical image acquisition processing,intelligent searching,statistical analysis and follow-up management.Methods VC＋＋6.0,Powerbuilder12.0,Sybase Sq1 anywhere 8.0 database,Leadtools development kit were used to develop the system with Windows 2003.Results The system developed was applied successfully in many grade a class 3 hospitals in China.Conclusion The brain trauma information system can be used for the collection,follow-up,scoring,inquiry and statistical analysis of brain trauma cases.
