摘　　要：目的:探讨Leica Peloris脱水机不同程序对组织脱水处理的效果比较。方法:根据Leica Peloris脱水机具有双脱水缸、能独立运行的特点,将送检的标本按大、小分类,分别设定程序运行处理,行常规石蜡包埋切片染色。结果:各类组织经不同程序处理后,脱水适度,切片容易,染色优良。结论:Leica Peloris脱水机能根据组织大小设定不同的处理程序,使组织脱水处理适度,大大提高了病理切片质量及诊断准确性。Objective To evaluate the comparison of the effects on the tissues by different procedures of Leica Peloris dewaterer.Methods There were two cylinders in Leica Peloris dewaterer,and they could work independently.The specimens were disposed by different procedures according to their sizes,then underwent routine paraffin-embedded section staining.Results All the tissues showed proper dewatering,easy sectioning and excellent staining.Conclusion Leica Peloris dewaterer can process the tissues according to their sizes,and the proper dewatering results in high-quality pathological section and clinical diagnosis.
