摘　　要：目的:探讨五常法在B超检查室管理中的应用效果。方法:成立五常法质量控制小组,制定五常法管理检查及评分标准并实施。结果:五常法的应用,规范了工作程序,提高了医疗安全,增加了设备的使用寿命,大大提高了工作效率和工作满意度。结论:将五常法的管理理念融入到医务人员的日常行为中,可持续提高科室的管理水平和医疗质量。Objective To discuss the application of Five-routine Working Regulation in Type-B ultrasonic room management.Methods The quality control team of Five-routine Working Regulation was established,together with the standard for the examination and evaluation.Results The application made the work procedure standardized,medical security improved,service life prolonged and working efficiency enhanced.Conclusion Five-routine Working Regulation can improve the department management and medical quality.
