摘　　要：目的:研究显微镜数字图像质量的影响因素,找到相关的提高图像质量的调整控制方法,指导广大实验室用户的使用。方法:阐明显微镜相关部分的结构、参数及成像原理,逐一分析各个影响因素,提出处理方法。结果:通过显微镜各部分的选择、调整等综合控制,得到了理想的图像。结论:显微镜的数字成像较为复杂,通过系统、全方位地调整控制才能得到高质量的图像。Objective To determine the influencing factors for the microscope digital image quality and the improvement methods.Methods The structure,parameters and imaging principle of the microscope were described and analyzed for the factors.Results Ideal images were obtained through the choice of the microscope components as well as the necessary adjustment.Conclusion Digital imaging by the microscope is complex and results in high-quality images after adjustment.
