广东省户籍人群2010年麻疹抗体水平监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东省户籍人群麻疹抗体水平,为消除麻疹提供参考。方法 2010年,采取多阶段随机抽样的方法,对广东省1332名户籍人群进行个案调查和采集血标本,用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹抗体。结果麻疹抗体阳性(≥1:200)率为97.35%,几何平均滴度为1∶1903.8;麻疹抗体保护(≥1:800)率为81.41%。不同性别、职业、城市和农村人群麻疹抗体阳性率和保护率的差异均无统计学意义;不同年龄人群麻疹抗体阳性率的差异无统计学意义,但保护率的差异有统计学意义,15～20岁、21～30岁和1～2岁人群的保护率相对较低。结论广东省户籍人群麻疹抗体阳性率较高。1～2岁人群和15～30岁人群麻疹抗体保护率较低,应通过及时初种和复种含麻疹成分疫苗和对15～30岁人群查漏补种等措施提高相应人群的免疫力。Objective To understand the measles antibody level of Guangdong permanent residence and provide scientific strategy for measles elimination. Methods To conduct case investigation and serological survey among 1332 local population from 21 districts from Guangdong province by multistage random sampling method in 2010. Measles antibody was detected using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The positive rate of measles antibody was 97.35% and the geometric mean titer was 1： 1903.8. The measles antibody protection rate was 81.41%. Measles antibody positive rate and the protection rate showed no significant difference between different gender, occupation, city and countryside population. The positive rate of measles antibody in different age groups showed no significant difference, but the protection rate showed difference, the protection rate of aged 15-20 years age group, 21-30 age group and 1-2 age group were relatively low. Conclusion The measles antibody positive rate is high in Guangdong local population, but antibody protection rate of 1-2 years age group and 15-30 age group were low and their measles morbidity level were relatively high. We should improve timeliness of first dose measles vaccination and timeliness 2nd dose measles vaccine for aged 15-30 years population, to improve herd immunity.
