摘 要:目的研究广西壮族自治区一起感染性腹泻疫情检出的诺如病毒(Norovirus,NV)的基因特征,并对其基因分型。方法 2010年4月,广西壮族自治区马山县某中学发生了一起感染性腹泻疫情。对收集的3份患者粪便标本,用荧光定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应检测NV核糖核酸,阳性标本进行核苷酸序列测定,并构建系统进化树进行分析。结果检测的3份粪便标本均为基因I组(Genogroup I,GI)NV,序列分析显示,与GI.1型(GI.1)参考株核苷酸序列同源性达99.0%,在系统进化树中与GI.1型NV属同一分支。结论首次证实广西壮族自治区感染性腹泻疫情中存在GI.1型NV感染。Objective To study the genetic characteristics and genotype of norovirus (NV) detected from a gastroenteritis outbreak in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Methods A gastroenteritis outbreak occurred in April, 2010 in Mashan County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Three fecal specimens were collected from outbreak cases and tested for the presence of norovirus ribonucleic acid using real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Positive specimens were further characterized by sequencing and phylogenetic analysis to identify genotypes. Results Of the 3 fecal specimens, all were positive for norovirus genogroup I (GI). The strains showed 99.0% nucleotide identities with GI type1(GI.1)reference strains and the phylogenetic analysis revealed these strains belonged to the GI.1 cluster. Conclusion The study is the first report to confirm the existence of norovirus genotype GI.1 among gastroenteritis outbreaks in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
