摘　　要：锥盘摩擦离合器一般位于电机和动力部件中间,以达到缓冲和传递转矩的目的。如果设计不合理和工艺及试验等方面不够完善,很可能达不到预期效果,还可能引起事故。通过锥盘摩擦离合器优化设计和实际工艺及试验,取得一些经验,对锥盘摩擦离合器推广应用起到一定作用。The cone friction clutch is generally located between motor and power components, in order to buffer and transfer torsion. If the design is unreasonable, or the processes and tests are not desired, it may not achieve the desired effect, and may cause some accidents. By the cone disk friction clutch design calculations and the actual process and test, the experience is obtained and it＇s useful to promote the cone friction clutch.
