摘  要:介绍了现在采油技术中存在的关键问题,即结垢问题。简单阐述了结垢的组成物质,主要有钙、镁碳酸盐,硅酸盐,一些重油、沥青等有机质和一些腐蚀垢;综述了针对油田垢的除垢技术,主要包括化学除垢技术、物理除垢技术和机械除垢技术;化学除垢技术具有除垢效率高、范围广和劳动强度低等特点,物理除垢技术具有局部作用效果良好、对环境无污染等特点,机械除垢技术主要针对难以用常规方法除去的混合垢;最后指出了油田除垢技术的发展趋势。The key problem in the oil recovery technology, the scaling problem was introduced. The main constituent of the scaling was discussed briefly. It mainly contains calcium and magnesium carbonates, silicates, some of heavy oil, other or- ganic matter as bitumen and some corrosion scale. The desca- ling technology was reviewed including the chemical descaling technology,physical descaling technology and mechanical de- scaling technology. The chemical descaling technology has high efficiency,wide range and low labor intensity. The physi- cal descaling technology has a local the effect to the scale and no pollution to the environment. The mechanical descaling technology aims at the scale that is difficult to remove by con- ventional methods. At last, the developing trends of oilfield desealing technology was concluded.
