坤泰胶囊对多囊卵巢综合征促排卵临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察坤泰胶囊对多囊卵巢综合征促排卵的临床疗效。方法:将180例符合诊断标准的患者随机分为坤泰胶囊组(A组)、克罗米芬组(B组)和联合用药组(C组)各60例,记录各组卵泡发育情况、子宫内膜生长状况和宫颈黏液性状。结果:B组和C组成熟卵泡数、注射HCG日血清E2值及排卵率均高于A组(P<0.05),两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组间子宫内膜厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组和C组的子宫内膜形态和宫颈黏液评分优于B组(P<0.05),两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊有利于促进多囊卵巢综合征患者卵泡生长,提高卵泡质量,诱导排卵,与克罗米芬合用能降低其对子宫内膜和宫颈黏液的不利影响,为中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征提供新思路。Objective： To observe the cliuieal effects of Kuntai capsule in ovulation for polycystie ovary syndrome. Methods：A total of 180 patients who accord with the diagnosis standard were randomly divided into Kuntai capsule group （ group A） , elomifene citrate group （group B） and combined treatment group （group C）, 60 patients for each group . Follicular development, endometrial growth and cervical mucous traits of each group were recorded and analyzed. Results：The number of mature follicle on HCG injection day, the serum E2 value and the ovulation rate of group B and group C were higher than those of group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , while there was no obvious difference between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. There were no significant differences in endometrial thickness among the three groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The endome- trial form and the cervical mucous score of group A and group C were better than those of group B （P 〈 0. 05 ）, while there was no obvious difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Kuntai capsule can promote follicular growth, raise the quality of follicles and induce ovulation in polycystic ovary syndrome patients. It will do good to reduce the clomifene citrate negative impact of endometrial and cervical mucous by using Kuntai capsule combined with clomifene citrate. And it will also provide a new thinking of polycystic ovary syndrome by treatment of integrated traditional and western medicine.
