摘 要:实验室条件下研究了拟环纹豹蛛对亚洲玉米螟卵和1~3龄幼虫的捕食效应。结果表明,拟环纹狼蛛能有效捕食玉米螟幼虫,但不捕食玉米螟卵。拟环纹豹蛛对玉米螟2龄和3龄幼虫的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型,其中雌蛛对2龄和3龄幼虫的捕食上限1/Th分别为116头和85头,雄蛛分别为69头和26头。拟合HollingⅢ新模型得拟环纹豹蛛捕食玉米螟2龄和3龄幼虫的最佳寻找密度(b)分别为15和9头。在相同猎物密度下,拟环纹豹蛛自身密度增加,捕食作用率(E)下降,两者之间的关系方程为E=0.5965 P 0.65。研究表明,拟环纹豹蛛对亚洲玉米螟1~3龄幼虫均具有强烈的捕食作用。The wolf spider, Pardosapseudoannulata (Boesenberg et Strand), is a dominant natural enemy in sweet corn field. In this paper, the predatory efficiencies ofP pseudoannulata on eggs and first to third instar larvae of the Asian corn borer (ACB), Ostrinia furnacalis, were tested in laboratory condition. Results showed that P pseudoannulata preyed on larvae of ACB effectively, but not on eggs. The predatory functional responses of P pseudoannulata on 2^nd or 3^rd instar larvae of ACB fitted to Holling Ⅱ, with the maximal preying quantity (1/Th) on 2^nd and 3^rd larvae being 116 and 85, respectively, for female spider, and 69 and 26, respectively, for male spider. The best searching density was 15 and 9, respectively, for P pseudoannulata preying on 2^nd and 3^rd instar borer when fitting to the new model of Holling Ⅲ. At the same prey density, predation ratio (E) decreased with increase in density of the predator, following the equation E=0.5965 p^-0.65. These results indicate that P pseudoannulata could prey first to third instar larvae of ACB effectively.
