摘 要:304奥氏体不锈钢是核电站回路主泵的核心材料,在生产和安装过程中表面形成的铁污染会严重降低其耐蚀性能。为了及时、准确测定铁污染,对蓝点检测法作了改进,并结合显色法检测了304奥氏体不锈钢表面铁的污染量,确定了测量方法、技术参数。结果表明:本检测技术比原蓝点法灵敏度高,且定位准确。Austenitic stainless steel(304 stainless steel) is the essential material for constructing the main pump of loop tank of nuclear power station,and its corrosion resistance is severely reduced owing to the surface iron contamination during the production and installation procedures.Therefore,it is imperative to realize timely and accurate determination of iron contamination on the stainless steel surface.For this purpose,conventional blue-spot method was modified and combined with color-developing method so as to determine the content of iron contamination on the stainless steel surface,and corresponding operation procedures and technical parameters were established.Results indicate that the modified blue-spot method has better sensitivity and accuracy than the conventional counterpart and can be well used to determine the iron contamination on the stainless steel surface.
