补肾益精解毒法治疗弱精子症36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾益精解毒中药治疗弱精子症的临床疗效。方法 72例弱精子症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,治疗组给予补肾益精解毒中药,每日1剂,早晚各1次。对照组给予左卡尼汀口服液,每次1支,每日1次。两组均连续治疗1个月,观察两组患者临床疗效及精子活力情况。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为81.82%,对照组总有效率为77.78%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前后的a级精子和(a级+b级)精子活力比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),但两组治疗后a级精子和(a级+b级)精子活力比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾益精解毒法治疗男性不育弱精子症临床疗效确切。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of kidney-nourishing, essence-generating and detoxifying treatment on male infertility due to asthenospermia. Methods Seventy-two cases of male infertility due to asthenospermia were random- ized into treatment group and control group, with 36 in each. The treatment group was given kidney-nourishing, essence-gener- ating and detoxifying formula, one packet for two times each day in the morning and evening. The control group was given le- vocarnitine oral solution, one bottle each time, once daily. The treatment course lasted for one month. The efficacy and sperm motility were observed after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 81.82% and 77.78% respectively, with no significant difference between groups （P〉0.05）. The sperm motility of a level and aft-b level of both groups was significantly increased after treatment （P〈0.01）, but there was no significant difference between groups after treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Kidney-nourishing, essence-generating and detoxifying treatment is effective for male infertility due to asthenospermia.
