摘 要:【目的】为明确山东省主要苹果产区苹果全爪螨的抗药性现状,指导对其进行田间药剂防治,【方法】采用玻片浸渍法测定了山东省11地区苹果全爪螨田间种群对4种常用杀螨剂的抗药性。【结果】结果表明,费县种群对4种杀螨剂的LC50均最低,因此视为相对敏感种群;另外10个苹果全爪螨田间种群中,蓬莱种群对阿维菌素的LC50最高,为0.969 5 mg·L-1,相对抗性倍数为34.14倍;平度种群对哒螨灵的LC50最高,为270.332 7 mg·L-1,相对抗性倍数为52.76倍;荣成种群对三唑锡的LC50最高,为61.866 8 mg·L-1,相对抗性倍数为48.41倍;文登种群对炔螨特的LC50最高,为56.854 8 mg·L-1,相对抗性倍数为6.42倍。【结论】不同地区苹果全爪螨田间种群对药剂的抗性存在差异,应根据当地的抗性水平有针对性地进行抗性治理,以避免或延缓苹果全爪螨对杀螨剂产生抗药性。【Objective】The study is to investigate the resistance level of Panonychus ulmi to pesticides in Shandong province and to provide a scientific guidance for controlling Panonychus ulmi in the field.【Method】The resistances of eleven Panonychus ulmi populations in Shangdong Province to the four commonly applied acaricides(abamectin,pyridaben,azocyclotin and propargite) were determinated by the slide-dip method.【Result】The results showed that Feixian population exhibited the lowest LC50 for all acaricides and thus it was considered as the susceptible population.Among other ten field populations,Penglai population expressed the highest LC50 for abamectin(0.969 5 mg·L-1),with resistance ratio of 34.14 fold.The highest resistance level to pyridaben was recorded in Pingdu,and the LC50 amounted to 270.327 mg·L-1,with resistance ratio of 52.76 fold.Rongcheng population expressed the highest LC50 for azocyclotin(61.866 8 mg·L-1),with resistance ratio of 48.41 fold.Wendeng population was the most insensitive to propargite,and the LC50 amounted to 56.8548 mg·L-1,with resistance ratio of 6.42 fold.【Conclusion】The studies suggested that the resistances to acaricides varied significantly with populations of Panonychus ulmi at different locations,the resistance management strategies should be proposed according to the local situation in order to avoid or delay the resistances to acaricides.
