摘  要:采用硝酸银处理蚕丝,使银离子通过与蚕丝分子的配位结合附着于纤维上,减少丝胶溶失,达到保持蚕丝重量和起到抗菌功效的目的。分析了硝酸银、硝酸、醋酸、硝酸铵的使用,以及固着液浴比、处理时间、预浸时间等因素对蚕丝丝胶溶失的影响。结果表明:银离子附着于蚕丝纤维后,能减少丝胶的溶失,对蚕丝起间接增重作用,在银离子固着液中,使用硝酸的效果比醋酸好,加入硝酸铵能明显提高丝胶固着,大大减少丝胶溶失;对蚕丝的预浸时间和固着时间不宜过长,固着液浴比以小浴比为宜。In order to keep the silk weight and increase antibacterial capacity of silk fibers,the silk fabric was treated with silver nitrate solution,and the silver ions were fixed onto the silk fibers by coordinate bonds,while the sericin dissolution decreased simultaneously.This paper discussed the usage of silver nitrate,nitric acid and acetic acid,ammonia nitrate and the influence of fixation bath ratio,fixation time,preimpregnation time,etc.on sericin dissolution.As shown by the experimental results,the fixation of silver ions onto silk fiber surface can decrease the silk dissolution and increase the silk fiber weight indirectly.In terms of fixation solution,nitric acid is better than acetic acid,and addition of ammonia nitrate can enhance the fixation rate and decrease the sericin dissolution significantly.Furthermore,the preimpregnation and fixing time should not be too long,and for fixation,short liquor ratio is appropriate.
