摘 要:研究了分散剂结构、用量和分散工艺条件等对分散染料红60分散效果的影响,分析了影响超细分散染料转移印花效果的因素。结果表明,自制分散剂PSMA对分散染料红60的分散效果较好,当其用量为分散染料质量的100%,研磨4 h制备超细染料的粒径为157 nm,此时超细分散染料的离心稳定性为96.3%,60℃放置24 h其粒径变化率仅为3.4%;分析影响转移印花因素发现,超细分散染料粒径越小,相同条件下印花织物得色更均匀,K/S值越高。超细分散染料较佳的转移印花条件为:印花浆黏度60 mPa.s,转移温度210℃,时间40 s。The influences of dispersant structure,dosage and dispersing conditions on dispersing effect of disperse red 60 were studied.Influence factors on transfer printing effect were analysed.The result indicated that PSMA applied to disperse red 60 with good dispersing effect.The ultrafine disperse dye prepared with PSMA,100% by weight of disperse dye and by grinding for 4 hours had 157 nm diameter.Its centrifugal stability was 96.3% and particle size change rate under 60 ℃ for 24 h was 3.4%.The transfer printing fabric with smaller particles of disperse dye had uniformer color and higher K/S value.The optimum transfer printing conditions were transfer printing at 210 ℃ for 40 s when the viscosity of printing paste was 60 mPa·s.
