摘  要:采用数值模拟技术对集聚区进行模拟仿真,可以形象、直观地对气流分布做出分析和评价。为此,采用Fluent数值仿真法,模拟了四罗拉紧密纺系统加装气流导向装置后集聚区的气流分布变化。结果表明:四罗拉紧密纺系统加装气流导向装置后,须条集聚方向风压作用区域明显扩大,风速有所提升,风压利用率提高,集聚效果得到改善;须条输出方向风速略微降低,但风速更具有稳定性,有利于保持须条的条干均匀;须条厚度方向最大风压略微增加,且风压变化平缓,保证须条以较好的状态聚集。The air flow distribution can be analyzed vividly and visual by using numerical simulation technique to conduct the analogue simulation of the convergence area.Thus,Fluent numerical simulation method is used to simulate the variation of air flow distribution of the convergence area of the four-roller compact spinning system which has been modified by installation of an additional airflow guide device.The results indicate that the wind pressure acting zone in the fiber bundle convergence direction of the modified system is expanded obviously,wind speed and wind pressure utilization factor increased,and efficiency of convergence improved;the wind speed is reduced a little in the fiber bundle output direction,but is more stable,it is useful to keep the evenness of fiber bundle;maximum wind pressure in the fiber bundle thickness direction is increased a little,and wind pressure varies gently and therefore the fiber bundles to converge in a better state is ensured.
