摘　　要：目的建立同时测定痛经宁胶囊(白芍、丹参、当归等)中丹参素钠、原儿茶醛、芍药苷和丹酚酸B的RP-HPLC方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-乙腈(2∶1)(A)-0.05%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱;体积流量1 mL/min;检测波长230 nm;柱温30℃。结果丹参素钠、原儿茶醛、芍药苷、丹酚酸B分别在0.140 48～1.404 8μg(r=0.999 9),0.005 22～0.052 2μg(r=0.999 6),0.166 56～1.665 6μg(r=0.999 8)和0.091 52～0.915 2μg(r=0.999 9)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为97.57%(RSD为1.07%),96.54%(RSD为1.37%),97.37%(RSD为1.16%)和98.26%(RSD为1.81%)。结论该法简捷、准确、重复性好,可用于痛经宁胶囊的质量控制。AIM To establish a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determining the contents of sodium danshensu,protocatechuic aldehyde,paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B in Tongjingning Capsules（Paeoniae Radix alba,Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae sinensis Radix,etc.）.METHODS RP-HPLC analyses were carried out on a Diamonsil C18（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was A [methanol-acetonitrile（2∶ 1）]∶ B（0.05% phosphric acid solution） in the gradient elution mode.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃.RESULTS The calibration curves of sodium danshensu,protocatechuic aldehyde,paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B were in good linearity over the ranges of 0.140 48-1.404 8 μg（r=0.999 9）,0.005 22-0.052 2 μg（r=0.999 6）,0.166 56-1.665 6 μg（r=0.999 8）,0.091 52-0.915 2 μg（r=0.999 9） and the average recoveries were 97.57%（RSD of 1.07%）,96.54%（RSD of 1.37%）,97.37%（RSD of 1.16%）,98.26%（RSD of 1.81%）,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Tongjingning Capsules.
