基于STOF框架的手机档案馆服务模式研究

摘　　要：当前手机媒体已经进入了快速发展时期,手机档案服务项目已经在美国、英国和我国部分地区出现,手机档案馆开始进入普通公众的视野。为了探索手机档案馆的通用业务模型和实现机制,结合当前手机档案馆发展现状,本文引入移动服务领域的STOF分析框架,从组织框架、服务框架、技术框架和财务框架四个方面阐述了手机档案馆的业务架构,并从内外环境两个方面分析了手机档案馆的实现策略。With rapid development of Mobile Media, some new mobile phone applications that can en- able users to access, scan and download the archives＇ digital collections, have been available in the USA, UK, and China. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the generic business model and realization mecha-nism of the Mobile Archives. In doing so the author should identify drivers, threats, and opportunities for the Mobile Archives. For this research the author firstly adopts the STOF-framework for analyzing purposes, then puts forward the Mobile Archives＇ Business Model from organization domain, service domain, technol-ogy domain and finance domain, and lastly explores its realization mechanism from the exterior and interior environment in the field of developing mobile archival information services.
