摘  要:目的采用磷酸钠口服液和恒康正清进行肠道准备后,观察结直肠癌病人血液中的IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的变化,了解两种肠道准备法对肠道黏膜屏障功能的影响。方法将60例结直肠癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例,实验组采用磷酸钠口服液进行肠道准备,对照组采用恒康正清进行肠道准备,两组病人在肠道准备前和手术当日晨留取静脉血样,并对血样进行IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的测定。结果经肠道准备后对照组的IL-6明显高于实验组(P<0.05),而IL-1、TNF-α在两组中差别不大(P>0.05)。结论两种肠道准备法对肠道屏障作用影响不大,但恒康正清对肠道屏障的损伤作用大于磷酸钠口服液。Objective To observe the changes of IL-1, IL-6, TNF-a in blood for patients with colorectal cancer after bowel preparation with sodium phosphate oral solution and Heng Kang Zhengqing solution, to understand the impact of two bowel preparation method of intestinal mucosal barrier function to provide theoretical basis for clinical application. Method 60 patients with eolorectal cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n:30), the experimental group using sodium phosphate oral solution for bowel preparation, the control group were treated with heng kang zhengqing solution for bowel preparation. Venous blood samples was collected before bowel preparation and in the morning the day of surgery for IL-1, IL-6, TNF-a determination. Result After bowel preparation, the IL-6 in the control group was significantly higher than that of experimental group (P 0.05). there was no significant difference for IL-1, TNF-a the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion Two bowel prepa- ration method has no effect on intestinal barrier function. The damage effect of intestinal barrier by Heng Kang Zhengqing solution is greater than sodium phosphate oral solution.
