多功能头位床在玻璃体切除联合眼内填充术后的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨多功能头位床对玻璃体切除联合眼内填充术后特殊体位患者依从性的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的60例玻璃体切除联合眼内填充术后特殊体位患者按住院号单双号行半随机分组,单号为对照组(30例),双号为观察组(30例)。对照组术后俯卧于普通病床头面部垫气垫圈。观察组俯卧于自制多功能头位床。双眼、口鼻悬空于床孔,身体俯卧于高弹海绵床垫。评价两组患者严格面向下体位的依从性,采用量表评估患者舒适度。结果观察组依从性及舒适度评价优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论多功能头位床的使用,可提高视网膜复位术后患者面向下体位时的舒适度与依从性。提高体位护理的有效性,使患者在治疗和护理中有效地配合,顺利度过围手术期。Objective To investigate the effect of compliance of multifunctional head bed for patients who need special body position after vtrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade surgery. Method 60 patients were ran- domly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control lied prone with face downward to air cushion in ordinary bed, patients in observation group were placed prone on the home-made multifunctional hospital beds comprising high elastic sponge mattress with their mouth, noses and eyes suspended in the bed hole. The de- gree of comfort hy scale and compliance of face down position of the two groups was measured and compared. Result The comfort degree and compliance of observation group is significant better than that of control group （P〈0.05） Conclusion Multifunctional head position bed cam improve the comfort degree compliance of down position of the face for the patients after vitrectomy combined with intraocular tamponade surgery,gain the cooperation from patients, living through peroperative period.
