沙美特罗氟替卡松吸入剂在成人支气管哮喘患者中使用情况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:为进一步规范患者使用沙美特罗氟替卡松吸入剂提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查法,对126例成年支气管患者进行沙美特罗氟替卡松吸入剂使用情况的调查。结果:操作完全正确的有79例,使用正确率为62.70%;有47例患者未正确使用吸入剂,使用错误率为37.30%。常见的错误有吸药时未深吸气(26.19%)、吸药前未深呼气(20.63%)、吸药后未屏气或屏气不足10s(14.29%)等。文化程度高的患者使用正确率较高,经医师及药师专门指导的患者使用正确率较高,老年患者使用正确率较低。结论:沙美特罗氟替卡松吸入剂在成人支气管哮喘患者中的正确使用情况不容乐观,需采取各项措施提高其使用正确率。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for further standard of the application of sSalmeterol/fluticasone inhalation in patients.METHODS：Questionnaire survey was conducted among 126 adult bronchial asthma patients who received Salmeterol/fluticasone inhalation.RESULTS：79 patients could use Salmeterol/Fluticasone inhalation devices properly（62.70%）,47 patients could not use Salmeterol/Fluticasone inhalation devices properly（37.30%）;common mistakes were as follows：have not breathe in deeply when inhaling medicine（26.19%）,have not exhale deeply before inhaling medicine（20.63%）,have not hold one＇s breath after inhaling medicine（14.29%）;patients with high education and special guidance of physicians and pharmacists had high rate of using inhalation devices properly while old patients had low rate of using inhalation devices properly.CONCLUSION：The current situation of Salmeterol/fluticasone inhalation use in sdult bronchial asthma patients is not well;Efforts should be done to make sure patients are able to use inhalation devices properly.
