摘  要:目的:观察孟鲁司特对哮喘儿童痰液白细胞介素(IL)5、干扰素(IFN)γ及肺功能的影响。方法:将58例中度哮喘儿童随机分为治疗组(31例)与对照组(27例)。治疗组在对照组吸入丙酸氟替卡松、沙美特罗治疗基础上,口服孟鲁司特,连用3个月。2组均于治疗前和治疗3个月后检测痰液IL-5、IFN-γ水平及肺功能。结果:治疗后,2组痰液IL-5水平均较治疗前显著下降,2组第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气流速(PEF)均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后痰液IL-5水平较对照组治疗后显著降低(P<0.05)。2组治疗前、后IFN-γ水平均未见显著变化(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特可抑制IL-5的合成,与丙酸氟替卡松、沙美特罗联合应用有更强抑制IL-5的作用。OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of montelukast on sputum IL-5,IFN-γ and lung function in asthma children.METHODS:58 moderate asthmatic children were divided into 2 groups.31 cases in treatment group and 27 cases in control group were treated with inhalation of fluticasone propionate and salmeterol for 3 months.Treatment group was additionally treated with montelukast.The concentrations of sputum IL-5,IFN-γ and lung function were detected before and 3 months after treatment.RESULTS:After treatment,IL-5 levels in 2 groups were all significantly decreased and FEV1 and PEF in 2 groups were all significantly improved(P0.05).Compared with control group,IL-5 levels in treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment(P0.05).Treatment of 2 groups had no significant effect on IFN-γ levels(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Montelukast can inhibit synthesis of IL-5.Montelukast+fluticasone propionate/salmeterol can result in strong inhibition effect on IL-5.
