摘　　要：目的:了解连云港市药学类高职学生实习及就业情况,并对高职学校人才培养提出建议。方法:对连云港市药学类5年制高职学生及实习接收单位进行问卷调查,包括学生就业意向、用人单位岗位需求、对学生的能力需求、对实习生满意度等内容。在调研的基础上分析学生在实习过程中存在的问题,并提出针对性建议。结果:用人单位提供给药学类高职毕业生的岗位数较多,对实习生总体满意度较好;同时,用人单位对毕业生各项能力要求也较高。学生对就业意向的调查结果显示,90%的学生愿意在医院工作,且用人单位对个人的发展空间是其择业的首要考虑因素。学生对学校教学的满意度也总体较好。结论:药学类高职教育应立足于基层岗位的职业观教育,注重对学生良好的职业道德的培养和社会阅历、工作经验的提升。OBJECTIVE：To know the internships and employment situation of pharmacy vocational student in lianyungang to provide reference for the improvement of the employment of pharmacy vocational students.METHODS：Questionnaire survey was conducted among five-year pharmacy vocational students and internship receiving units in Lianyungang about job requirements of the employer,the capacity needs of students,satisfaction degree of interns and student＇s employment intentions.Based on the research,the problems of the students faced during internship process were analyzed,and targeted recommendations were put forward.RESULTS：The results of research showed the employers provided more jobs for pharmacy vocational students and were pleased with intern on the whole;at the same time,the medical unit granted high request on the capacity of the graduates.The results of survey on student＇s employment intentions showed that 90% of students were willing to work in a hospital,and the personal development provided by employers was a primary consideration of their careers.The students were pleased with school teaching overall.CONCLUSION：The higher vocational education of pharmacy should be based on the concept of vocational education of the grassroots jobs,focus on moral cultivation,social experience improvement of work experience of students.
