全向流分离工艺在矿井水处理工程中的应用

摘  要:以平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司一矿矿井水为处理对象,采用全向流分离工艺处理净化矿井水。调试与运行结果表明,对于水量、水质变化较大的矿井水,全向流分离工艺具有处理负荷高、出水浊度低、抗冲击负荷能力强等优点,同时该工艺占地面积小、设置灵活、后期维护保养也比较简单,出水水质达到了《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2006)水质标准。Taking the mine water in No.1 Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Mining Corporation Ltd.as the water treatment object,the total flow separation technique was applied to treat and purify the mine water.The trial and operation results showed that the total flow separation technique would have the advantages of the high treatment load,low turbidity of the water outlet,high anti impact load capacity and others to the mine water with high variation of water quantity and water quality.The technique would occupy a small area,the device would be flexible,the late maintenance of the device would be simple and the water quality of the water outlet could reach the water quality standard stipulated in the 'Health Standard of life drinking water'(GB5749-2006).
