摘 要:对采空区进行注浆加固处理目前已成为解决采空区上方建筑物地基稳定性问题的重要途径。文章结合注浆加固机理和条带开采理论对控制采空区残余沉降的带状注浆方法的注浆适用范围、模型、机理以及相关参数进行了较深入的研究,运用数值模拟的方法对带状注浆前后以及施加建筑荷载后的地基沉降变形、垂直应力进行了对比分析,结果表明:在合理布置注浆条带宽度、钻孔间距和注浆工艺的前提下,带状注浆可以有效地控制采空区的残余变形,从而保证上方建(构)筑物的安全使用。The grouting reinforcement of the goal became a important access to solve the foundation stability of the buildings above the goal. In combination with the grouting reinforced mechanism and the strip mining theory, the paper had a deep study on the grouting suitable applied scope, model, mechanism and related parameters of the band type grouting method to control the residual subsidence of the goal. The numerical simulation method was applied to the comparison analysis on the foundation subsidence deformation and vertical stress before and after the bend type grouting conducted and the buildings loaded. The results showed that on the premise of the rational layout of the grouting band width, the space between the boreholes and the grouting technique, the band type grouting could effectively control the residual deformation of the goaf and thus could ensure the safety utilization of the buildings above the goaf.
