Screen-Level Determination of PCDD/Fs in Flue Gases from Waste Incinerators by the Use of HRGC-QMS

摘  要:建立并优化了应用HRGC-QMS(高分辨气相色谱-四极杆质谱)对废弃物焚烧设施排放废气中17种2,3,7,8-PCDD/Fs进行筛查测定的方法,并对其关键技术进行了研究.结果表明,严格的样品净化程序和优化的仪器参数提高了低分辨质谱在二英类定量分析中的准确性和精密度,仪器检出限为0.5~5 pg,方法检出限为0.9~20 pg,提取内标回收率符合二英类分析要求.利用该方法对57个废弃物焚烧设施排放的废气样品进行检测,得到的毒性当量(TEQ)浓度与高分辨磁质谱(标准分析仪器)的测定结果具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.978 5).An analytical method was established and optimized for determining seventeen 2,3,7,8-substituted congeners of PCDD/Fs in flue gases from municipal and hazardous waste (including medical waste) incinerators by using a High Resolution Gas Chromatography- Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (HRGC-QMS). Key procedures during pre-treatments and analysis processes were investigated. The results showed that the accuracy and precision of dioxin quantification by QMS were enhanced if strict clean-up procedures coupled with optimized instrument parameters were followed. The instrument and method detection limits of tetra- to octa-CDD/Fs were 0. 5-5 pg and 0.9-20 pg, respectively. Recoveries of LCS fell in the acceptable ranges of dioxin analysis. Fifty-seven flue gases were analyzed with this method, and the results were compared with those measured by High Resolution Gas Chromatography-High Resolution Mass Spectrometer (HRGC-HRMS). The I-TEQ concentrations of the samples obtained from the two methods showed a good linear relationship (R2 = 0. 9785).
