我国民办高校家族化管理的特点及判定依据

摘　　要：我国民办高校存在家族化管理现象不容质疑,但学术界缺乏相应的判定依据。基于家族和经营控制权是家族化管理概念的两大要件,家族是否掌握学校的经营控制权是判定民办高校是否存在家族化管理的主要依据,而家族对学校经营控制权的掌握有三种常用途径,即决策控制、资源控制和关键岗位控制。It is un-doubtable that there is family-run management phenomenon in non-governmental institutions of higher learning,though academia lacks the relevant judgment base.As family and operating control are the two key elements of the family-run management concept,whether the family own the control rights is the primary standard of judgment of the family-run management.There are three common methods for the family to own the control rights of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,i.e.,control of decision making,resource control,and the control of key posts.
