摘  要:民办高校是一种典型的利益相关者组织,民办高校的举办者、学生、教工,以及政府、社会公众等,都是民办高校健康发展中关系密切的利益相关者。由利益相关者理论出发,要办好民办高校,实现民办高校的持续健康发展,就应将利益相关者视为学校经营管理的重要影响因素和力量,积极回应各利益相关者的合理利益诉求,不断提升各利益相关者对学校的满意度。为此,民办高校要坚持办学的公益性和非营利性,诚信办学;强化学校管理,提升办学效益;加强和创新教育教学管理,提高教育质量;改善教工待遇,发挥教工作用。Non-governmental institutions of higher learning are a typical organization of stakeholders.The organizations of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,students,teaching faculties,government,and the public etc,are all the stakeholders that are closely related to its healthy development.In order to well manage the non-governmental institutions of higher learning and to realize their sustainable and healthy development,it is necessary to regard stakeholders as the influential factors and power.Active responses should be made to stakeholders' interests request and the degree of satisfaction of all stakeholders should be continuously improved.To this end,non-governmental institutions of higher learning should adhere to public welfare,non-profit and high integrity,strengthen school management,enhance operating efficiency;strengthen and innovate teaching management,improve education quality;improve faculty pay and fully use faculties' role.
