摘　　要：目的:建立头风痛丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对头风痛丸中的川芎进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定白芷中欧前胡素的含量。结果:TLC法能检出川芎,且斑点清晰,分离度好,易于识别;欧前胡素在0.323 2～1.616μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.0%(RSD 0.84%)。结论:该方法简便、可靠,可用于头风痛丸的质量控制。Objective： To establish the quality standard of Toufengtong pill. Method： Chuanxiong in the Toufengtong pill was identifed by TLC. The content of imperatorin was determined by HPLC. Result： The TLC spots developed were fairly and simply identical. There was a good linear relationship for imperatorin with in the range of 0. 323 2-1. 616 μg （r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 98.0% （ RSD 0.84% ）. Conclusion： This method is sensitve, accurate, reproducible and specific, it can be used for the quality control of Toufengtong pill.
