摘 要:目的:研究生藤中正丁醇部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、HP-20和Sephadex LH-20等分离手段对正丁醇萃取部分进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析(1H-NMR,13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从正丁醇萃取部分分离6个化合物。分别鉴定为孕甾-4-烯-3,20-二酮(1),3β-羟基-5β-孕甾-20-酮(2),3α-羟基-5β-孕甾-20-酮(3),2β-羟基柳珊瑚酸甲酯(4),suberosanone(5)。结论:上述化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the n-butanol extract of Stelmatocrypton khasianum. Method: The n-butanol extract was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, HP-20 and Sephadex LH-20. Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data (1H-NMR,13 C-NMR). Result: Five compounds were isolated from the n-butanol extract. They were identified as pregn-4-ene-3, 20-dione (1), 3/3, 5B-pregn-20-one-3-ol (2), 3a-hydroxy-5/3-pregnan-20-one (3), 2B-hydroxy subergorgic acid methyl ester (4), suberosanoe (5). Conclusion: All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
