摘　　要：目的:综合评价丹参注射液对常见疾病(血瘀证)的安全性及临床疗效。方法:重点使用科室人员经学习后严格按适应病证(血瘀证)为用药指征,规范操作,从用药开始至用药结束后7 d进行时行监测,包括不良反应、用药量、用药时间、溶媒、血瘀证积分等。结果:共观察546例患者,发生不良反应6例,发生率1.09%,均有合并用药,程度为轻中度,以过敏反应多见;血瘀证证候积分均比治疗前明显降低,总有效率达91.9%。结论:以"血瘀证"为用药指导,临床医生和护士严格遵守合理用药原则,丹参注射液的临床使用是安全有效的。Objective ：To comprehensively evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of Danshen injection in common diseases with the nature of blood stasis. Method： The indication （blood stasis） of the injection was strictly pointed by the researchers. The conduct of the study was regulated for monitoring of medication from beginning to the end during seven days, including adverse reactions, dosage, administration time, solvent, blood stasis score. Result： A total of 546 patients were studied. Six cases showed adverse reactions （incidence 1.09% ）, and the degree was mild to moderate with allergic reactions as the common case. All patients with adverse reactions were treated by combination therapy. Blood stasis syndrome scores was significantly reduced when compared with that before the treatment. Conclusion： When indication is specified to blood stasis syndrome and the use of the injection is rationalized, the clinical application of Danshen injection is safe and effective.
