摘　　要：文章从感染、炎症、缺氧缺血、激素、有毒有害物质和营养等方面探讨宫内环境与胎儿及新生儿脑损伤之间的联系及相关机制,从而深入认识与脑损伤相关的围产期危险因素,以便寻求有效预防措施,改善围生儿结局和远期神经系统发育障碍。This article explores the link between the intrauterine environment and fetal or neonatal brain injury,as well as related mechanism from six aspects including infection,inflammation,hypoxic-ischemic,hormones,poisons and nutritional factors.Thus we can develop a deeper understanding of brain injury related perinatal risk factors so that we could seek effective preventive measures to improve the perinatal outcome and long-term neurodevelopmental disorders.
