疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效。方法　将急性脑梗死患者 ７０例随机分为 ２组，各 ３５例。治疗组予疏血通注射液 ６ ｍｌ，对照组予血塞通注射液 ６ ｍｌ，均加入生理盐水２５０ ｍｌ中，每日 １次静脉点滴。治疗 ３周观察疗效。结果　治疗组总有效率、药物起效时间、基本治愈时间，与对照组比较，无显著性差异（ Ｐ均＞０． ０５）。结论　疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. In control group (n=35) Xuesaitong injection was taken intravenously and in treatment group (n =35) Shuxuetong injection was applied intravenously. Results There are not significantly differences between total effective rate in treatment group (85. 74%) and those in control group (77. 14 %, p >0. 05). Conclusions Shuxuetong injection can produce definitive- ly therapeutic effect on acute cerebral infarction.
