摘 要:我国自行车短距离项目长期落后于世界先进水平的主要原因是运动员速度能力的欠缺,男子项目更是如此。采用文献资料、实验、逻辑分析和数理统计等方法,对影响速度能力的各种因素进行分析,对传统速度训练方法进行总结。针对速度训练当中频率训练和专项力量训练与其专项技术特点脱节的实际问题,河南自行车短距离项目队设计了一种新型自行车专项训练器械,即自行车频率力量训练器,并以本队男子运动员为研究对象,采用与自行车频率力量训练器相配套的训练方法进行速度训练的实验研究。结果显示:经过半年的训练实验,运动员的训练成绩和比赛成绩均不同程度获得提高,训练和比赛的成功实践证明该训练器的设计是科学合理的,解决了短距离自行车速度训练当中的关键问题,有效提高运动员的速度能力。The Chinese man's cycling short-distance event lagged behind world top level for a long time. The main reason is the lack of speed capacity for our cyclist, especially the male cyclist. Through using the method of literature review, experiment, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper made analysis on various factors influencing speed capacity and summarized the traditional speed training method. Based on the practical problem of disconnection between rate training and specific strengthen with specific technical characteristics, the cycling team in Henna designed a new cycling specialized training device (cy- cling rate and strength training device). Taking the male cyclist of the Henan short-distance cycling team as research object, the author made training experimental research on the speed capacity. The result showed that through the half year training experiment, the cyclist training level and competition result made improvement. The success of training and competition proved the design of this training device was scientific and rational. It solved the key problem of speed training in short-distance events and effectively improved the speed capacity of cyclist.
