物流网络协同运作与北京市物流业健康发展

摘　　要：北京市的各类物流节点(物流园区、基地、中心、物流企业、物流组织等),无论从规模上还是从数量上看,都取得了很快的发展。但是,由于各级物流规划决策者没有站在物流资源整合与协同运作的系统高度,来考虑物流节点运作问题,较少关注物流节点间的互动关系,导致本该扮演物流系统重要枢纽角色的物流节点孤立运作,缺乏信息共享机制,无法协同互动,致使物流节点成为了一个个物流信息孤岛,物流资源无法实现充分整合与高效利用。应加强物流网络协同运作研究,充分发挥政府政策的引导与支持功能,以及行业协会在促进物流网络协同运作中的平台作用,使物流管理基础理论研究超前于物流实践发展,建立基于资源共享的物流网络协同机制和基于运作成本分摊的物流网络协同机制,推动北京市物流业健康发展。The different kinds of logistic nodes, such as logistic park, base, center, enterprises and enterprises organizations, have been developed rapidly in terms of scale and quantity. But because the operational problem of logistic nodes has not been considered by the decision-makers of logistic planning from the angles of integrated logistic resources and coordinated operation and the interactive relations among the logistic nodes have not been paid more attention, logistic nodes, which should play their key roles in the logistic system, operate separately. And this also leads to the lack of information sharing mechanism and the coordinated interaction. The logistic nodes are becoming the islands of logistic information; and the logistic resources can not be fully integrated and effectively used. We should strengthen research on the coordinated operation of logistic network, give full play to the role of government in policy guiding and supporting, give full play to the role of industrial association in promoting the coordinated operation of logistic network, make the theoretical research of logistic management to be more advanced than the practical development, and construct the coordinated mechanism based on resources sharing and operational cost sharing to promote the healthy development of logistic industry in Beijing.
