摘　　要：目的:梳理近三年来国内外研究人参药理的文献,提供研究参考。方法:查阅国内外人参在神经系统、抗肿瘤、心脑血管免疫功能等方面的研究资料,并对其进行分类概述。结果:人参皂苷Rg类、Rb类等对神经系统、心血管系统、消化系统等具有保护作用。结论:总结了人参的药理作用、临床研究和不良反应等方面的内容,为进一步揭示人参的药理作用提供科学依据。Objective：Sort out the last three years domestic and international ginseng pharmacology research literature, provides research referenceo Methods：Access to domestic and international ginseng in the nervous system, anti-tumor, heart and cerebrovascular immune function and other aspects of research data to Category Overview.
