摘 要:为研究绝缘纸板老化对其爬电性能的影响,采用加速热老化的方法制备了不同老化程度的绝缘纸板,利用球-板和针-板电极模型,观察了不同老化程度绝缘纸板的爬电过程,测量了爬电起始电压、熄灭电压、"白斑"发展速度、爬电耐受时间及击穿通道长度,分析了纸板层间的微观结构。研究结果表明:老化对绝缘纸板的爬电起始电压没有明显影响,但会导致纸板爬电熄灭电压的降低;老化绝缘纸板中爬电的发展速度快于未老化纸板,击穿通道的长度长于未老化纸板;老化会显著降低纸板层间方向的爬电性能,其原因在于老化纸板纤维层间结合度的下降及纤维层间孔洞数量和体积的增加。To research the aging effect of pressboard on creepage discharge characteristics various aged pressboards was made up by thermal aging method,creepage discharge process was researched by global-plate and needle-plate electrode,creepage discharge phenomenon was observed,inception voltage,extinction voltage,"white mark" development velocity,enduring time and breakdown channel length were measured,pressboard layer microstructure was analyzed.The results show that creepage discharge inception voltage of aged pressboards are immovable and extinction voltage decrease slightly compared with unaged pressboards;creepage discharge in aged pressboards have higher development velocity and longer breakdown channel;creepage discharge characteristics in pressboards layer direction have remarkable decreasement in aged pressboards caused by the decreasement of compactedness and increasement of cavity amount and volume between cellulose layer.
