干部门诊三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染疗效分析及健康教育对策

摘　　要：目的分析三联合用药对干部门诊中老年患者幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗效果,为门诊护士健康教育提供疗效依据。方法随机选择医院干部门诊消化科2010年1月-2011年10月确诊为幽门螺杆菌感染的患者61例,采用耐信20mg 2次/d×4周、君尔新0.2285g 2次/d×10d、甲硝唑0.4g 2次/d×10d为1个疗程治疗;治疗1个疗程后停药1个月做13 C-尿素呼气试验复查,阳性者继续治疗,最多连续治疗3个疗程;根据年龄将其分为3组(52～62、63～73、74～83岁)进行疗效分析;观察不同年龄段患者的治疗效果。结果三联合用药对幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗有效率为88.5%,3个年龄段组Hp感染患者治愈率分别为100.0%、77.8%、78.6%,3组比较差异无统计学意义。结论三联合用药对幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗疗效明显,治疗效果与年龄大小无关。OBJECTIVE To analyze the three-drug combination treatment of Helicobacter pylori infections in senile patients of cadres department so as to provide bases for the health education of the outpatient department nurses.METHODS A total of 61 patients who were diagnosed H.pylori infections and enrolled the department of gastroenterology from Jan 2010 to Oct 2011 were randomly selected.All these patients had taken 20 mg Nexium,twice a day for 4 weeks,together with amoxicillin 0.2285g,metronidazole 0.4g twice a day for a 10 day course of treatment;after a course of treatment and drug withdrawal for a month,all these patients were undertaken 13C-urea breath test;the positives should take another three courses;the selected patients,according to the age,were divided into three groups（52-62,63-73,and 74-83 years） to analyze the drug efficacy;the treatment effects on the various age groups of patients were observed.RESULTS The effective rate of the three-drug combination treatment of the H.pylori infection was 88.5%,the cure rates of the three age groups of patients with H.pylori infection were 100.0%,77.8%,and 78.6%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION The three-drug combination treatment has significant effect on the treatment of H.pylori infections,the treatment effect is not related to the age.
