摘  要:目的探索清洁水平监测作为干预手段对ICU环境与医院感染、多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌的影响。方法自2011年7月开始利用ATP荧光检测技术持续监测ICU监护仪按钮、床档扶手和操作台清洁水平,并对2009-2011年入住ICU的患者进行回顾性调查研究。结果经过连续监测和指导至2012年5月监护仪按钮、床档扶手和操作台ATP生物荧光检测法的RLU值分别下降了77.0%、81.0%和82.0%;医院感染率从2011年上半年的30.7%下降至下半年的24.5%,多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌的检出数量低于上半年,也低于2009年和2010年同期水平。结论采用一种有效的清洁水平监测工具,通过监测数据的指导和教育作用,可改善ICU清洁水平,减少多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌和医院感染病例。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of cleanliness level monitoring as a intervention to ICU sanitation,nosocomial infections and multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(MDRAB).METHODS ATP was used to monitor the cleanliness level of tutelary button,bed armrest and operate plate in ICU in July,2011,and a retrospective study was carried out to the ICU patients who enrolled the hospital from 2009 to 2011.RESULTS The RLU of tutelary button,bed armrest and operate plate respectively showed 77.0%,81.0% and 82.0% decrease after the continuous monitoring and guidance to May 2012.The incidence rate of nosocomial infections decreased from 30.7% in the first half of 2011 to 24.5% of the second half,the detection rate of the MDRAB was lower in the second half of 2011 than in the first half,as well as in the same period of 2009 and 2010.CONCLUSION It is an effective way to adopt the cleanliness level monitoring as a tool under the direction of the surveillance data so as to reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infections caused by MDRAB.
