摘　　要：介绍了杭州市七格污水处理厂三期工程的设计概况和所采用的改良型A2/O脱氮除磷工艺。在活性污泥培养驯化成功的基础上,分析了10×104m3/d规模工程的试运行情况,并针对TP和TN的去除采取了一系列工艺调整和优化措施,有效地提高了除磷脱氮效果。The general situation of the third-stage project and the modified A2/O process in Qige Sewage Treatment Plant in Hangzhou were introduced. On the basis of successful cultivation and domestication of activated sludge, the trial operation of 10×10^4m^3/d project was analyzed, and a series of adjustment and optimization measures aimed at the TP and TN removal were taken, which effectively improved the phosphorus and nitrogen removal efficiency.
