摘  要:扬州第五水厂清水管道穿越夹江,管道施工采用顶管法,属于长距离大口径斜顶管施工,介绍了该工程的施工难点及解决措施。实践表明,在顶管过程中,通过调节工具管平面刀头开口率,可确保穿越不同密实度的灰色粉砂夹细砂层;勤纠偏,可使顶管安全穿越软硬土交界区;严格控制注浆量和顶管速度,顶管可安全穿越南水北调夹江大堤;当旋喷桩在接收井洞口处断裂时,在断桩旁边一侧钻孔,掏空土方,利用土方的侧压力使断桩偏离接收井洞口,顶管工具管安全进入接收井;工具管采用水下进入方式,通过洞口压密注浆、潜水员水下配合洞口内压注聚乙酯、水下封钢环板等洞口止水措施,可确保洞口封好,便于后续施工。Jiajiang River crossing pipeline of Yangzhou Fifth Waterworks, using pipe jacking method, is a long-distance large-diameter inclined jacking project. Problems and solutions in the construction of the project were introduced. In the pipe jacking process, the aperture ratio of tool tube's plane cutter should be adjusted to ensure it penetrated the gray silt layer and the fine sand layer with different compaetnesses. Frequent rectification could make the pipeline safely pass through interfaces of hard and soft soil. A strict control of the grouting quantity and pipe jacking speed could secure pipes jacking through the Jiajiang River dike in the south-to-north water diversion project When the jet grouting pile was broken in the receiving shaft, it was necessary to drill a hole beside the broken pile, hollow out the earth- works and enable the tool pipes to enter the receiving shaft by using the lateral pressure of earthworks to deviate the broken pile from the receiving shaft. After that, measures such as compaction grouting at the entrance of the shaft, pressure injection polyester inside the shaft and sealing rings made of steel plate were taken to ensure that the shaft was sealed to facilitate the subsequent construction.
