摘　　要：从8个方面阐述了森林的水功能。包括森林促进降水,拦蓄降水,调节径流,消洪补枯,控制水土流失,维持雪线,保障都市饮用水,补充地下水,净化水质。建设生态文明,林业承担着基础性和主体性任务,全面正确认识森林与水的关系尤其重要。This paper describes the 8 relationship between forests and water.Forest to promote the rainfall,impoundment precipitation,runoff regulation,eliminate flood,erosion control,to maintain the snow line,the insurance of the city drinking water,groundwater recharge,water purification.Construction of ecological civilization,forestry plays the foundatal and main task,so full and correct understanding of the relationship between forests and water is especially major.
