摘　　要：系统地介绍了农村合作组织及其在法律、政策上的变迁。分析了林业合作组织的整体情况,运用经济理论的研究成果,对集体林权制度改革后的林业合作组织情况进行了经济学分析;立足实证调研案例,评价了目前林业合作社实施的效果。在政策梳理、实地调研和理论提炼中,全面深入地展开林业合作组织研究。最后针对林业合作组织今后的发展方向提出建议。The paper gives a systematic introduction to rural cooperative organizations and their changes in law and policies,analyzes the overall of forestry cooperation organization.Then based on economic theory research achievements,Thesis adopts economics analysis method to discuss forestry cooperation organization in the background of collective forestry tenure reform.The effect of the implementation of forestry cooperatives is evaluated by using cases.Finally,it discusses the policy recommendations of the prospect of forestry cooperation organization.
