摘　　要：分析了国内轨道交通工程混凝土质量控制的不足,从管理者的角度提出了一系列高性能混凝土质量控制管理改进措施:加强原材料管理、优选商品混凝土公司、设立第三方试验检测中心、加强混凝土配合比报批管理和开展混凝土性能专题研究。实施效果表明,以上措施有效提高了现场混凝土的质量。The defect for the measures of concrete quality control in domestic rail traffic engineering construction is analyzed. A series of quality control measures for high performance concrete from a viewpoint of a management are proposed,such as strengthening the management of raw materials, public bidding commercial concrete, establishing the third-party testing center, strengthening mix proportion approval management and carrying out monographic study on the performance of concrete. The implementation effects show that these measures guarantee the concrete quality effectively.
