房地产开发投资与经济增长关系研究——以天津市为例

摘　　要：本文运用协整检验、Granger因果检验与误差修正模型的方法对天津市房地产开发投资与经济增长的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:天津市房地产开发投资与经济增长两者存在着双向的Granger因果关系,同时天津房地产开发投资的波动对天津的经济增长不仅在短期内有冲击作用,而且在长期内具有显著影响。This paper uses Cointegration test, Granger test and ECM model to study the correlation be tween housing investment and GDP. The study result indicates that there are double-direction Granger Causal relationship between housing investment and GDP, at same time, the housing investment fluctuation has impact in GDP enormously, not only in short-term but also in long run.
